DANCE INSTRUCTORS

Who Are Anthony and Rose?

Anthony and Rose Lewis are full-time certified professional dancers, creators of X Dance (the world’s first interactive virtual dance training technology), and parents of two amazing kids. Recently, this husband-and-wife team made the move from The Woodlands, Texas, to sunny Orlando, Florida.

Through their company, Country Dance X, they have built the largest online following of any dance studio in the world. Their instructional videos and classes have reached millions of dancers from all over the globe.

In addition to Country Dance, Anthony and Rose also teach American Style Ballroom, Latin, Swing, and Salsa. Their work has been featured on major TV networks, including CMT, FOX, ABC’s Nashville, and Live with Kelly and Mark. They’ve even taught celebrities who’ve appeared on Dancing With The Stars.

Meet Anthony and Rose

Leaders in Dance, Partners in Life

If you’ve ever searched for country dancing online, there’s a good chance you’ve seen Anthony and Rose in action. With years of experience in teaching, choreography, and live performance, they’ve helped thousands of students gain confidence and skill on the dance floor.

They ran a thriving dance studio in Texas, taught at national events, and appeared on major stages. However, when their family began to grow, they started thinking bigger—not just about dance, but about life.

Family Life and the Move to Orlando

With two kids, Marley (11) and Pierson (7), the dream was clear: more creativity, more family time, and a whole lot more sunshine. Being a family of Disney lovers certainly helped guide that decision. Soon enough, they packed up and moved to Orlando.

The move wasn’t just about lifestyle—it was also about community. Anthony and Rose wanted to create a place where anyone could walk in, feel welcome, and start dancing. Their goal has always been to teach in a way that’s fun, down-to-earth, and completely un-intimidating.

Dance Philosophy

A Teaching Style That Works

Whether you’re brand new or have danced for years, Anthony and Rose have a gift for making things feel simple. Their lessons focus on lead-and-follow connection, timing, musicality, and confidence. But most of all, they focus on what works in the real world—on real dance floors.

Their teaching style isn’t about perfection. Anthony and Rose believe it’s about making dance accessible, fun, and something you actually enjoy doing. Every student gets individual attention and support, and no one leaves feeling judged or confused.

Anthony and Rose Now in Orlando

Today, Anthony and Rose are bringing their nationally recognized teaching approach to Orlando. They’re excited to build a new community of country dancers right here in Central Florida.

Whether you’re preparing for a big event, looking to meet new people, or just want to try something new, Anthony and Rose will help you feel right at home on the dance floor.

Why They Do What They Do

Anthony and Rose believe that loving what you do changes everything. They’ve built a life around sharing that love through dance—teaching with heart, connecting with people, and creating something meaningful. For them, it’s never just about steps.
