At X Dance, we want people to feel comfortable trying Country Dance Orlando without pressure or long-term contracts. Please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully before registering for any membership or promotional offer.
Initial Promotional Month Refunds
New members who join during an introductory promotional offer (such as a discounted first month) may request a refund of their initial promotional payment if they attend their first in-person class and decide the membership is not the right fit for them.
To qualify for a refund of the initial promotional payment:
- You must attend an in-person class during your first month of membership.
- You must sign in when arriving at class.
- Online livestream participation does not qualify for a refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted by email to members@xdance.com no later than the end of the next business day after attending your first class.
If approved, only the initial promotional payment will be refunded.
Signing up and failing to attend classes does not qualify for a refund. We manage class availability based on active memberships and reserved spots.
Month-To-Month Membership Billing
Country Dance Orlando memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis beginning one month from your original registration date unless canceled beforehand.
For example:
- If you join on June 3rd, your next billing date will be July 3rd unless canceled before renewal.
Membership includes access to Country Dance Orlando in-person classes as well as complimentary access to X Dance TV.
By signing up for a membership, you authorize recurring automatic billing according to the membership plan selected during checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment unless otherwise stated during a separate optional promotional offer.
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
If you cancel:
- Your membership access will continue through the remainder of your current billing period.
- Future billing will stop after cancellation.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the current billing period.
It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their membership before the next billing cycle begins.
Upcoming class schedules are typically released in advance so members can review the schedule before renewal.
No Refunds After Renewal Payments
After the initial promotional month, all membership payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Forgetting to cancel before the next billing date
- Not attending classes
- Schedule conflicts
- Personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction after renewal
- Failure to use membership benefits or X Dance TV access
If you do not wish to continue your membership, you must cancel before your next billing date.
Prepaid and Discounted Membership Offers
From time to time, X Dance may offer optional discounted membership plans for longer billing periods such as prepaid or longer-term memberships.
These discounted offers are voluntary and are not required to participate in Country Dance Orlando.
By choosing a prepaid or discounted long-term membership option, you agree to the full billing term selected during checkout.
Prepaid and discounted membership payments are non-refundable once charged.
This includes:
- Partial refunds for unused months
- Requests to cancel before the end of the prepaid term
- Failure to attend classes
- Schedule conflicts
- Failure to use membership benefits or X Dance TV access
If a prepaid membership includes automatic renewal terms, those renewal details will be disclosed during checkout.
Pricing Changes
Membership pricing may change in the future. If pricing changes occur, members will be notified in advance and will have the opportunity to cancel before new pricing takes effect.
