Welcome to X Dance / Country Dance Orlando. By registering for a membership, attending classes, accessing X Dance TV, or using any services provided by X Dance / Country Dance Orlando, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before participating.
Eligibility
Membership is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age.
No exceptions will be made.
By registering for a membership, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years old
- You are legally able to enter into this agreement
- All information provided during registration is accurate
Membership Access
Country Dance Orlando memberships may include:
- In-person dance classes
- Livestream access
- Replay access
- Complimentary access to X Dance TV
- Additional membership benefits offered from time to time
For couple memberships or multi-person memberships, contact information is required for each participating member.
Each participant is required to provide their own name, email address, phone number, emergency contact information, waiver agreements, and other membership-related information before participating in classes or events.
X Dance reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who has not completed the required registration or liability documentation.
Membership benefits, features, instructors, schedules, locations, online content, and included services may change over time.
Billing and Subscription Terms
Memberships are billed automatically according to the billing plan selected during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated during a separate promotional offer:
- Memberships are month-to-month
- Billing renews automatically until canceled
- Members are responsible for managing their own subscription
By signing up, you authorize X Dance to charge your payment method according to your selected membership plan.
Cancellation Policy
Membership cancellations are fully self-service and must be completed inside the X Dance TV platform through the “My Account” page.
We do not accept cancellation requests by:
- Phone
- Text Message
- Social media message
- In-person request
Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
When canceled:
- Access will continue through the remainder of the current billing period
- Future billing will stop
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the current billing period

Membership Freezes
Members may freeze their membership directly inside their account page for a maximum of 90 days.
During a membership freeze:
- Billing will pause
- Membership access will pause
- Access will resume automatically when the freeze period ends unless canceled beforehand
Promotional Offers and Pricing
From time to time, X Dance may offer promotional pricing, introductory offers, prepaid memberships, founders rates, or discounted long-term plans.
Promotional offers:
- May change or end at any time
- May contain separate billing terms
- May contain separate renewal terms
Current or future promotional offers are not guaranteed permanently unless explicitly stated in writing.
Membership pricing may change in the future. Members will be notified in advance of pricing changes and may cancel before new pricing takes effect.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Dance instruction and physical activity involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:
- Slips and falls
- Physical contact with other participants
- Sprains
- Muscle injuries
- Serious bodily injury
- Illness
- Permanent disability
- Death
By participating in any class, event, livestream, workshop, or activity provided by X Dance / Country Dance Orlando, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You voluntarily participate at your own risk
- You are physically capable of participating
- You assume full responsibility for your participation
- You release X Dance / Country Dance Orlando, its owners, instructors, contractors, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation
You further understand that X Dance / Country Dance Orlando is not responsible for:
- Actions of other students or participants
- Accidental injuries caused by other participants
- Personal property loss or theft
- Injuries occurring during social dancing or practice
Medical Responsibility
You understand that X Dance / Country Dance Orlando does not provide medical advice, medical supervision, or healthcare services.
You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your physical condition.
Photography, Video, Livestream, and Media Release
By attending any class, event, livestream, workshop, or activity hosted by X Dance / Country Dance Orlando, you grant X Dance unrestricted permission to photograph, record, livestream, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, and use your likeness, voice, appearance, performance, and participation for any lawful purpose.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Livestreams
- Replay videos
- Social Media
- Marketing and advertising
- YouTube videos
- Online courses
- Future paid educational products
- Promotional materials
- Website content
You understand and agree that:
- You will not receive compensation for such use
- All recorded media created by X Dance / Country Dance Orlando remains the property of X Dance.
- Permission is granted indefinitely and worldwide
Instructor, Schedule, and Location Changes
Class schedules, instructors, locations, and programming may change at any time.
X Dance / Country Dance Orlando does not guarantee any particular:
- Instructor
- Teaching style
- Schedule
- Class format
- Location
If class locations change permanently, members will be notified in advance and may cancel their membership if the new location is no longer convenient.
In cases of instructor illness, injury, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances:
- Classes may be rescheduled
- Replacement instructors may be used
- Classes may occasionally be canceled if no replacement is available
Members will be notified using the email address associated with their account whenever possible.
Code of Conduct
X Dance reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships at any time for behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful to staff, instructors, students, or the community.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment
- Aggressive behavior
- Discrimination
- Repeated disruption
- Unsafe dancing practices
- Violation of studio rules
Memberships terminated for conduct violations may be canceled without refund.
Intellectual Property and Content Usage
Membership access is intended for individual personal use only and may not be shared across households, groups, studios, or organizations. All X Dance content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Members may not:
- Share login credentials
- Share replay access
- Redistribute videos or class materials
- Record classes for redistribution
- Upload X Dance content elsewhere
- Sell or republish X Dance material
Unauthorized sharing or redistribution may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Legal action
- Financial liability for damages
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Filing a fraudulent or abusive chargeback after receiving services may result in collection efforts or legal action where permitted by law. Members agree to contact X Dance directly before filing any payment dispute or chargeback.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in:
- Suspension of membership access
- Termination of membership access
- Removal from classes and online platforms
If X Dance successfully disputes a chargeback, the member agrees to reimburse X Dance for any associated fees, penalties, or administrative costs related to the dispute.
Communication Consent
By registering for a membership, you consent to receive communications from X Dance / Country Dance Orlando including:
- Email notifications
- Billing notifications
- Schedule updates
- Membership updates
- Promotional offers
- Event announcements
- Customer service communications
Members are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address on file.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from these terms or participation in X Dance / Country Dance Orlando activities shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Florida.
Policy Updates
X Dance reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of membership services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
